I’ve worked at Oak Farm Hotel a good number of times now, and it always makes me happy when I take another booking at this lovely venue in Staffordshire.

I’ve lived just outside Cannock for 20 years, so this is one of my local venues and one of the first venues I ever worked at, which makes it feel a bit more special to me when I return.
Built in the 18th Century Oak Farm Hotel was originally a working farm.

Now converted into a Wedding venue which can accommodate 120 guests for your sit down meal, and up to 300 guests for the evening party.

Oak Farm is surrounded by 5 acres of grounds which offer picturesque views to the rear, perfect for your Wedding Portraits, as well as your outdoor drinks reception during the summer.
The beautiful bridal suite which has a four poster bed, is included in the wedding packages for your wedding night. You can also use it for getting ready in the morning, which is great for me to have everything close by on one site, so I can easily float between morning preparations, and guests arriving, to really maximise your photography experience on the day.

The venue is licensed and has bar area where guests can arrive and enjoy a drink before the ceremony, as well as a second bar in the Paddock Suite which is where the wedding breakfast and evening reception is be held.
The ceremony room has glass doors at one end letting in plenty of natural light, which is great for photography, and is separate to the Paddock suite meaning the entire venue can be beautifully dressed to your liking on the morning of your wedding.

A relatively new addition of and arch arbor and wooden bench covered in fairy lights provide some extra scope for getting creative with photo's, and these coupled with the existing lovely outdoor area mean there is a great deal of options for your beautiful Wedding Photographs during the day and into the evening.

The staff always provide a warm welcome , they are friendly, professional and great to work with just adding to the pleasure of returning to this lovely venue.

Below are a few of my favourite photos which I have taken at Oak Farm Hotel.

If you are planning a wedding at Oak Farm Hotel you will want to choose the right photographer for your special day. It is essential to find someone who not only has technical skill and creativity but someone who will also have a relaxed approach so you can enjoy your day. And get along with all your friends and family. My approach is to offer a mix of natural , candid photography along with creating some stunning portraits. If this sounds good to you, then I'd love to hear from you!
